I have an active license but I can’t send valkyrie analysis files.I tried in a file in quarantine the send button is faded.also in the about section it says not activated.what could be the problem.
Hi @lyldz , could you please restart XCS and check again to see if you are now able to send files?
did you create a Valkyrie account?
if not you need to create one at Cloud Verdict Customer Login | Xcitium Cloud Verdict.
Once you did you can upload files
re-install XCS and problem fixed.sorry
