What is going on?

Hi

What is going on at xcitium lately?, I must say we are quite disappointed.

We have a problem with our MSP CAM account and cannot do any renewals/payments/deposits due to some weird error, some licenses already expired. Customers start to ask questions.
We opened support ticket for this over 2 months ago and got no resolution as of now.

Nevertheless we have been invoiced and charged automatically for the licenses I have been unable to renew.
When I asked for a refund suddenly the conversation went silent and no one replied for 2 weeks as of today.

Sending mails to sales@xcitium.com results in bounces. I think they are increasingly disorganized.
We will start treating Xcitium as a vendor-continuity risk and look elsewhere for a serious vendor.

Does anyone experienced these kind of problems or are just us ?

Thanks

You are not alone. Billing has been a recurring issue for us with Xcitium for the past few years. We have experienced discounts not being applied correctly, missing invoices, unexplained overcharges, and other account discrepancies. Some of these issues remain unresolved despite repeated follow-ups.

The lack of timely responses makes the situation even more concerning, especially when it affects license renewals and client services. For an MSP, reliable billing, licensing, and support are essential

@Jomcy
Totally Agree.

For us we cloud not renew, were billed at an arbitrary rate and billed again in the same day for the same period all this while complaining for more than a month on different emails and also in support about our inability to renew.
No one reached out to us since then to provide any update or refund.

This is not how a company should take care of it’s customers or (MSPs) better to say is text-book opposite.
