Who is using Xcitium Client Security Windows 13.2.0.9559, the version released in June 2024?
I don’t think we have encountered any issues since updating a small number of endpoints to this version and we’d be grateful for feedback from other users before upgrading more endpoints.
Is it working well for you after updating? Did you encounter any problems upgrading?

We’re still on 13.1. Our contact suggested there was nothing major in 13.2 to make it worth the effort to update again.
We haven’t had any issues with 13.1, though!
We had some issues with the previous version, so we upgraded a few clients to 13.2.0.9559 based on the recommendation of Support a week ago, and it is still working well.

We were experiencing some unexpected issues, such as file execution errors, software installation errors, application crashes, and BSOD on our server devices with some of the latest XCS versions. As a result, we were using only the XCS agent version 12.10, which was recommended.
Recently, the Xcitium support team recommended that we use version 13.3.0.9559. We tested this version on our test servers for 10 days without any errors or issues. Subsequently, we deployed it on a few production servers as a pilot last week, and so far, everything is working well.
Additionally, for your reference, we are not using EDR on servers, especially application servers, due to some unexpected issues. However, EDR does not cause any trouble on dedicated database servers. According to support, EDR version 2.9 will include fixes for the issues we have been experiencing.
New version 13.2.0.9559 is working well.
