XAMAS(CAMAS) Comodo Automated Malware Analysis System is fighting with Manual expert Analysis(Human Expert Analysis)

Hi so i got this sample and CAMAS/XAMAS labeled it Highly Suspicious but Manual Analysis labeled it as Clean are those 2 fighting and who is right at the decision of the file?
