Xcitium Client Security isnt updating

I tried reinstalling Communication Client, Xcitium Client Security but its still dont updating.
How can i fix that (i am sure that Xcitium is managing by Communication Client so there is no chance that Communication Client and Xcitium cant connecting the server).

My auto-update settings are on and its still didnt updated (i waited until the auto-update date and then waited 15 mins then restarted computer and its still not updated).

Latest Version 13.2
My Version 13.0

I tried “Install or Manage Packages” “Update Additional Packages” from Website but they grayed out.

I tried updating from Xcitium Client too.

could you please drop email to our support@xcitium.com , they will share you the removal tool along with password and hash which you might need to run couple of times to remove all the reminents and then freshly try with the installation of the communication client and client security . if you still face issue even after fresh installation you can share the logs with the support team to analyse the issue further to provide you solution.
