I am having issues installing “security client” it does not seem to install in the MSI log for the computer i see “Xcitium Client - Security v. 12.15.0.9257 MSI Installation has started downloading on device.”. does anyone know which directory it’s downloaded to, or if there are any other logs i can check

check the recent activity or try to download the package again and check which folder it is directed to get downloaded. If you have any error screenshots please share it with us to investigate further.

Sorry for the questions, where do i find the recent activity log and where its does it download it to. no i don’t see any error. it just does not install.

Is there a way to download the program and install offline.
