Xcitium Platform Outage on US region

Hello everyone,

As you know, we are in the process of rebranding to Xcitium, and we are doing it phase by phase.

Today, we have completed one of the biggest phases of it, and whole platform now is rebranded to Xcitium on US region.

However, we observed 2 main issues just after the deployment of new version:
1- Problems on Xcitium Enterprise platform (https://enterprise.platform.xcitium.com) login,
2- Some sections under the platform could not be accessed.

The root cause of both issues are identified and is related to redirections that took place to route requests to Xcitium domain. We quickly solved inaccessibility on some sections of the platform.

However, login problem still exist, and we are doing our best to solve it as soon as possible. We are expecting the issue to be solved within 2 hours. While fix is on the way, you can login to your account from https://platform-us.xcitium.com/app/login and then switch to Xcitium Enterprise Platform, as a workaround.

We will update you about any news on the outage. If you still see some unexpected behavior, please let us know from here and we will fix it as soon as possible.
