Unable to run any procedures

We are unable to run any procedures. The procedure are stuck with “Ready For Review”. The created/edited procedures now go for threat lab scan and after scan it cannot be run due to the status is not changed to “Approved”. The Approve/Reject button is also misisng every since this new procedure scan with threat labs has been added on 14 Nov update of the platform.

We have created a support ticket as well.

hi @myr

Regret the inconvenience,

Please do share the ticket # , i will follow up with the team to get it resolved.

@nivedithab 52298 is the ticket number.

@nivedithab , any update on this? It’s critical now as its affecting scheduled operational changes. This should be Sev1, not sure how your other customers are coping with it or maybe we are the only ones affected by this.

apologies for the inconvenience , the dev team is working on it to resolve the issue. I am following up from my side to get update from them. I will revert back to you as soon as received info on the same.

We are in the same boat. We cannot run modified procedures. Msg: " The script is currently being analyzed by Threat Labs. Once it is marked as safe, you will be able to run the script."

Do not mean to thread hijack, but I have the same problem, and in my case these are all scheduled changes as well.

My question is - is there an option to disable the forwarding to Threat Labs for analysis? We do reviews internally so this is really bothersome.

Thanks!

We are having the same issue and it is stopping up doing things like seeing whats devices have TPM modules that are compatible with an in place Win11 upgrade etc.

Any resolution? Same issues.

hi @Brian / @fragamemnon / @deanfletchernz / @gharris

could you please share the procedure name along with the error screenshot to support@xcitium.com , so that backend team could investigate if its all related to same issue

@nivedithab, I don’t think the issue relates to a specific procedure but any new procedure which is imported.

I have used it with various built-in, as well as my own procedures (both copy-pasted and modified from the back-end, and built from scratch).
Lice @nct mentions, it does not matter which procedure it is; this is a global problem, not specific to a certain feature.

I would also like to report this issue. Any procedure that is edited and saved now gives this message.

I understand your concern that issue is raised for any procedure ,
Please do create ticket from the account admin along with the tested procedure name and screenshot , so that our team can investigate on the same.

Hi @nivedithab

The same problem bothers me, I imported even the program provided by the official forum.

Thanks

This is critical request I don’t know why the team deploy any feature without contacting the holders which are using this in live environment i have already raised the ticket 15 hours ago but no response from the support side .

Hi, support already have copy of the screenshots in a ticket (#52382). Just as the other forum users are saying, any new procedures created or modified splash up a message to say they will be analysed by threat labs before they will be approved. Threat Labs analyse and mark the procedure within the Threat Lab Portal as safe, however the process flow stop there (i.e the Procedure is not marked as approved in the Enterprise Portal and can not be run)

hi @Mohit_16 / @deanfletchernz

I have checked your tickets and following up with backend dev team , they are working on the issue to get a solution.

Any updates or timescales yet? We have also found we cannot run new procedures since last week.

Any update, now the message display type has changed but still same issue. Any new or edits are going for scan and then that procedure cannot be run. We have a major escalation internally on the usability of this product now.
